2.         AGM – the Wardens AGM is on 20th September 2007 in the Morlan Centre at 7.30pm.  David and Amy are posting copies of the Agenda and Constitution to every member currently held on record as we speak.  If you do not receive this letter in the next week, please contact Amy by email on either amyjo@ceredigion.gov.uk or jessy74@hotmail.com and she will email you a copy of the paperwork.  Apologies if you do not receive it by post but we definitely have some out of date contact details for some people and we will rectify this at the AGM.

Please note if you are not a CURRENT member of the society, you are welcome to attend the meeting but you will not be eligible to vote on any matters arising.

3.         Social – As per Jo’s email of 22nd August 2007, please can I remind everyone of the B-B-Q Rosa has kindly agreed to host for us on 13th September 2007.  The plan is that everyone will contribute £2-3 per head and Rosa will purchase all the food in advance.  Rosa has also arranged for live entertainment later in the evening.  Please can you contact Jo on 01970 612655 or on jjulier@gotadsl.co.uk as soon as possible.
